- Qualification: Master’s in Rural Development / Social Work or PG Diploma in Rural Development (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Rural Development related fields.

Post 2 – District IT Manager cum Accountant

- Qualification: BCA / BE / B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT / e-Governance or related fields.
