Meghalaya State Cancer Society Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Master in Public Health with emphasis on quantitative or analytical skills.
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks at PG level.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in research studies, surveys, health programs, or community-based projects.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to convert complex information into clear and easy-to-understand insights.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modelling, and hands-on experience using statistical tools or software.
- Proven ability to prepare research proposals, develop study methodologies, and manage ethics approval processes.
- Capability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analysis effectively.
- Skilled in preparing technical reports, research briefs, and presentations.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay in project-area villages when required.
- Knowledge of local languages such as Khasi, Garo, or Jaintia will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience using data analysis software such as STATA or Python will be considered desirable.
