The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) is inviting applications for multiple positions under the Meghalaya Program for Adolescent Wellbeing, Empowerment, and Resilience (MPOWER). MBMA MPOWER Recruitment 2025 – Duration of Contract

  • The contract period will be for one (1) year, which may be renewed based on satisfactory performance as evaluated by the Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) and the continuation of the project to which the candidate is assigned.
  • Selected candidates will receive a detailed document outlining the terms and conditions of engagement, and will be required to sign a deed agreement with the Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) prior to commencement of employment.

MBMA MPOWER Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process

The selection process will comprise a Written/Technical Test, Boot Camp, and Personal Interview to assess the candidates’ suitability for the respective positions. The Written Test will evaluate candidates on Subject Matter Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, English Proficiency, and Computer Skills.

All stages of the Written Test and Personal Interview will be conducted only in Shillong.

MBMA MPOWER Recruitment 2025 – General Information

  1. Meeting the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview; MBMA may shortlist candidates based on higher criteria.
  2. All communication will be made only with shortlisted candidates via SMS/E-mail. The list will also be available on www.mbda.gov.in and the office notice board.
  3. MBMA may conduct additional tests or request supporting documents if required.
  4. Qualification or experience criteria may be relaxed for deserving candidates suitable for lower positions.
  5. The number of vacancies is tentative and may change.
  6. MBMA reserves the right to extend deadlines, cancel recruitment, or not fill any post without assigning reasons.
