The Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) has officially released the MBDA Recruitment 2025 notification on 17 December 2025, inviting online applications from eligible candidates for multiple contractual vacancies under the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF)–supported project, to be implemented through the Meghalaya State Health Society (MSHS).

Qualifications:
- Master’s or higher degree in Public Health, Community Medicine, Nursing, Social Sciences, or related disciplines from a recognized university/institution.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in RMNCH or public health program implementation, research, or clinical work.
- Experience in RMNCH program evaluation at facility, district, or state level is desirable.
- Research work (published reports or studies) in health sector management and Human Resources for Health (HRH) is highly desirable.

Educational Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies, Sociology, Education, Early Childhood, Statistics, Economics, or other relevant social science subjects.
- Graduates with 2+ years of relevant experience can also apply.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in government programs and community institutions.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural context and knowledge of local languages (Khasi, Garo, or Pnar) is advantageous.
Post 3: Hospital Administrator

- Monthly Remuneration: ₹46,000/- (Negotiable based on experience)
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s in Healthcare/Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Management.
- Certification in quality management, procurement, or public finance is desirable.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of responsible experience in hospital/health facility management.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role in government health facilities, large public hospitals, or health programs.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, HR administration, and familiarity with public health systems is advantageous.
- Experience working with state/district health systems and familiarity with public health system processes would be beneficial.
