MBDA Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

1. Application Support Engineer

Qualification:

• Candidates must possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field.

Essential Skills:

• System administration
• User support & training
• Application testing
• Responsible for coordinating with the Content Developer for content creation as well as with the System Integrator on all matters related to the system.

2. Application Support Assistant

Qualification:

• A Graduate or Post Graduate qualification in B.Tech / BE with specialization in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field.

Essential Skills:

• System administration
• User support & training
• Application testing
• Coordinate with the Content Developer for content creation and work closely with the System Integrator on all matters related to the system.

• Initially 1 year
• Can be renewed based on performance & project requirement

• Candidates must submit a cover letter (maximum 500 words) detailing their suitability and interest for the position. Applications submitted without a cover letter will be rejected.

• Personal Interview

• The Written Test/ Personal Interview will be held only in Shillong.
