Arunachal Pradesh PGT Teacher Jobs 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• 2nd Class Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with B.Ed.
  
• Must also possess a B.Ed degree.

Candidates in Final Year/Semester:

• Candidates appearing in the final year/semester of their Master’s Degree are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Important: Candidature will be finally accepted only if the candidate submits proof of passing the qualifying examination in original on or before the interview date fixed by the Commission.
  
  
• Without this proof, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the Interview/Viva-Voce.

The selection of eligible candidates for Arunachal Pradesh PGT Teacher Jobs 2025 will be conducted in two main stages:

• Written Examination (Mains)

• Viva-Voce / Classroom Teaching Assessment

Conducted by Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).

Step 1: Written Examination (Mains) + Viva-Voce

All eligible candidates must appear in the Written Examination (Mains), followed by Viva-Voce / Classroom Teaching Assessment.

• Recruitment Test (RT) – If applicants exceed the desired ratio, a Recruitment Test will be held on 12th October 2025 (Sunday).
  
• Written Examination (Mains): The Written Examination (Mains) is tentatively scheduled for 27th & 28th November 2025, regardless of whether RT is conducted.”

One Time Registration (OTR) Required:

• Candidates must register for OTR before filling the Online Application Form (OAF).

Government Servants:

• Must upload intimation/NOC from their respective Head of Department.

Single Application Only:

B.Ed. Certificate	Self-attested photocopy of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) certificate and Final Year/Semester marksheet issued by a recognized University.
Proof of Age	Self-attested Matriculation Certificate / Marksheet only. Other documents like horoscope, affidavit, municipal extract not accepted.
Caste / PRC / Identity Proof	APST certificate (ST candidates), PRC / Aadhaar (General candidates).
PwBD Certificate	PwBD candidates must submit a valid disability certificate as per Section 57 of the RPwD Act, 2016. The Medical Board must include a specialist for the specific disability; otherwise, the certificate will not be accepted. Without it, candidates will be treated as general applicants without concessions.
Govt Employee Age Relaxation	Submit Appointment/Promotion Order proving 3 years continuous service.
Compensatory Time (PwBD)	20 minutes per hour. Certificate from Chief Medical Officer / Civil Surgeon / Medical Superintendent. Format: Appendix-I on APPSC website.
