APSSB Recruitment 2025: Important Note

• Candidates must carry one valid Photo Identity Document (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving License/PAN Card/any Govt. authorized Photo ID) in original along with the admit card to the examination centre. Details on the ID must match the admit card, failing which entry will not be allowed.

APSSB Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Educational qualification, age, experience, and other requirements mentioned in the advertisement will be considered as on the closing date of application submission.
• The required 3 (three) years of experience for the post of Driver (LMV) 33/25 will be calculated from the date of issue of the driving license.

The examination for various posts will consist of one or more stages as follows:

APSSB Recruitment 2025: How To Apply

• Candidates must apply online only through the official website.
• The last date for submission of the online application is 30-09-2025 (3:00 PM), after which the link will be disabled.
• Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted and shall be summarily rejected.

APSSB Recruitment 2025: Documents Required for Verification

The shortlisted candidates are required to submit/upload copies of the following documents/information to the Board during Document Verification:

1. Recent passport-size photograph.
2. Matriculation certificate (issued by the Board/University) as proof of date of birth.
3. Class XII pass certificate (if applicable).
4. Diploma/Degree certificate (issued by the Assistant Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University, if applicable).
5. Diploma/Degree marksheet (issued by the Assistant Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University, if applicable).
6. APST Certificate (if applicable).
7. Diploma in Computer certificate (if applicable).
8. Experience certificate (if applicable).
9. Valid Driving License (if applicable) – it must be valid on the closing date of application (30-09-2025), the driving test date, and the document verification date.

Important Instructions:

• Provisionally shortlisted candidates must upload copies of the above-mentioned documents on the APSSB portal when notified. Any information not claimed in the application form will not be considered, even if mentioned in the attached certificates.
• Candidates must also produce originals and photocopies of the above documents, the Admit Card, and a hard copy of the online application form during verification.
• Failure to produce the required documents at the time of verification will lead to summary rejection of candidature. No additional time will be given for document submission.
• There is no provision for re-evaluation or re-checking of answer sheets/answer scripts for examinations conducted by APSSB.

• The examination will be conducted in the Itanagar Capital Region.
• The Board reserves the right to cancel any centre/venue and direct candidates to appear from an alternative centre/venue.
• The Board also reserves the right to divert candidates from any centre/venue to another centre/venue without providing any reason.
