- Since these positions are to be filled through lateral entry (same-level movement), applicants must apply for roles at the same designation level as their current post. - The final placement and designation level (Programme Associate / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager) will be determined by MBMA based on:
