MBMA Recruitment 2025 – Additional Requirements
Two-Wheeler Requirement:
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Must have a valid 2-wheeler driving license.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Fieldwork
- Data collection
- Community engagement
- Programme facilitation
Skills Required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools and Google Suite.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Strong coordination and community engagement abilities.
- Supervise and manage the activities of all VDVs in the designated cluster or block.
- A VDV Coordinator is responsible for executing assigned tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Visit villages regularly to oversee and monitor ongoing data collection efforts.
- Collaborate with the Village Dorbar Committee (or equivalent body) to create a detailed Natural Resource Management (NRM) plan for the village.
- Engage actively with the community and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective participation and coordination.
MBMA Recruitment 2025 – Duration of Contract
- Engagement is purely on daily-wage basis.
- May be terminated early for non-performance.
- Does not guarantee permanent employment.

MBMA Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
The selection will include:
- Screening of Applications
- Written Test (includes IT usage & knowledge assessment)
- Personal Interview
- Written test & interview will be conducted at the District Headquarters/Blocks.
- Candidates who pass the written test will be invited for a personal interview. The interview will take place at the District or Block Head Office and will be conducted by the organization’s selection committee.
- Communication will be sent only to shortlisted candidates via SMS/Email.
- Misconduct or non-appearance at the interview will lead to disqualification.
- Candidates’ communication skills, knowledge, and attitude will also be evaluated.
