APPSC ASO Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Service Requirement:
Completed 6 years of regular service as either:
- Upper Division Clerk (District Ministerial Cadre) OR
- Senior Secretariat Assistant (Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Clerical Service Cadre).
Performance Requirement:
- At least five consecutive ‘Very Good’ ACR/APAR ratings over the last 5 years.

- Complete the form and get it recommended by the Cadre Controlling Authority, along with details of the ACR/ APAR grading of last five consecutive years.
- Only Applications nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority with at-least Five ‘Very Good’ consecutive ACR/APAR grading of last 5 (five) years shall be considered.
- Attach all required documents (see below).
- Submit the nominated applications to the office of APPSC by 30th October 2025 (Thursday) by 3:00 PM.
